Returns & Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return the Puppies from the date you received them.

To be eligible for a return, your puppy must have an issue declared by your vet and in the same condition that you received it.

Your puppy must be in it’s original Crate.

Your puppy needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase issued by us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the puppy back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the puppy and make sure all you said was true. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or change of puppy after inspecting the puppy.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (through the original method of payment) or a change of puppy.

You will receive the funds instantly or the new puppy after a few hours depending on where are you located and the flight.

SHIPPING

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your puppy.
